DreamWinds Puppy Contract
Please print off and complete the following information if you are placing a deposit on a puppy.
DEPOSIT CONTRACT:
*This DEPOSIT CONTRACT (hereinafter CONTRACT) is effective when signed below by Buyer (whether singular or plural).
*The following terms and conditions are agreed to by Buyer:
*When a reservation for a dog is placed, a 50% deposit of the puppy price is required and is non-refundable.
*Balance will be due before possession of the puppy by the Buyer.
*DreamWind Aussies reserve the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
*Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of 6 weeks. (this if for the well being of the puppy)
*Puppies being shipped via airline will be charged for purchase of small crate, health certificate, flight arrangements and
transportation to airport. (Discount will be given to those paying early)
*Flight costs will be paid by buyer according to the current fees.
*Puppies being shipped via airlines will be shipped no earlier than 8 weeks of age.
*If deposit is made on puppy before puppy is of age to travel then Buyer has 4 weeks from the date the puppy is available to
travel to make final payment for puppy and shipping costs.
*If deposit is made on puppy after puppy is of age to travel then Buyer has 4 weeks from deposit date to make final payment
for puppy and shipping costs.
*Puppies held beyond 9 weeks of age will be charged board at the rate of $10.00 per week.
*Buyer will also be charged for additional vaccinations and veterinary costs if kept beyond 9 weeks old.
*Puppies are sold with Full Registration Papers.
*We accept checks only if they have time to clear the bank before puppy leaves. Otherwise payment can be made via Paypal
or Cash.
